Sumburgh Airport is located on the southern tip of the Shetland Islands and provides scheduled flights to the UK mainland as well as acting as a base for numerous oil charter operations.
The small single terminal is open from 07:30 - 20:30 Monday - Friday and 09:00 - 17:30 on weekends. There are scheduled flights to Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Kirkwall, and Fair Isle.
The terminal houses a small café offering snacks and refreshments while there is also a newsagent. There are no business or financial services available.
Facilities for disabled passengers include ramps, specially designed toilets, dedicated parking, and wide doorways.
